Veylmont CRM is an internal business application used by Veylmont's employees and authorized agents to manage real-estate leads, tasks, appointments and attendance. It is not directed at the general public.
Veylmont CRM تطبيق أعمال داخلي يستخدمه موظفو Veylmont ووكلاؤها المصرّح لهم لإدارة عملاء العقارات المحتملين والمهام والمواعيد والحضور. التطبيق غير موجّه للجمهور العام.
Account data (name, email address, phone number), work records you create (leads, notes, tasks, appointments, deals), device push-notification tokens, and — only when you use the attendance feature — your device location at the moment of check-in / check-out to verify presence at the office. Location is never tracked continuously in the background.

Data is used solely to operate the CRM for Veylmont's internal business: distributing and following up on leads, team coordination, attendance and payroll-related records, and sending work notifications. We do not sell data, show ads, or share data with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host the service (Supabase for the database and authentication, Expo/Google for push-notification delivery).
تُستخدم البيانات حصريًا لتشغيل النظام لأغراض عمل Veylmont الداخلية: توزيع الليدز ومتابعتها، وتنسيق الفريق، وسجلات الحضور، وإرسال إشعارات العمل. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نعرض إعلانات ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة باستثناء مزوّدي البنية التحتية الذين يستضيفون الخدمة (Supabase لقاعدة البيانات والمصادقة، وExpo/Google لتوصيل الإشعارات).
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access is protected by authentication and role-based permissions with row-level security. Data is retained while your account is active; when an account is removed, its access ends immediately.

To access, correct, or delete your data, or to delete your account entirely, contact the administrator at admin@veylmont.com and the request will be handled within 30 days.
